DesPois is committed to getting your release to you carefully and on time. Because every bottle is a limited, serialized collectible produced in a single fulfillment window, please read this policy before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations
DesPois currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you place an order with a non-US shipping address, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
We plan to expand shipping destinations in the future. Join the waitlist to be notified when shipping reaches your region.

How Fulfillment Works
DesPois releases are produced in limited, serialized editions and fulfilled through a third-party logistics partner. All orders within a single drop ship together in one fulfillment window — we do not ship in batches or on a rolling basis.
- Fulfillment timeline. The estimated shipment window for each drop is stated clearly on the product page before you place your preorder. We will send email updates as production progresses.
- Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
- Delays. If production or fulfillment timelines change for any reason, we will communicate proactively by email. We do not cancel orders due to timeline changes without customer consent.

Cancellations & Refunds
Because each DesPois bottle is a serialized, limited-edition collectible produced specifically for its drop, our refund policy reflects the nature of that commitment.
- Before shipment. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your order has shipped. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- After shipment. All sales are final once your order has shipped. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on shipped orders except in the case of damage or fulfillment error as described below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every DesPois bottle is a serialized collectible. If yours arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we take that seriously and will make it right.
In the case of a damaged bottle, we will produce a replacement bottle carrying the exact same edition type and serial number as the one you received. Your serialized ownership record is preserved. The damaged bottle must be returned before the replacement is shipped.
To initiate a damaged item claim:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the bottle and packaging
- We will review your claim and provide return shipping instructions
- Once the damaged bottle is received and verified, your replacement will enter production
- Replacement timeline will be communicated at the time your claim is approved
We do not offer refunds in lieu of replacement for damaged items. The replacement bottle preserves your serial number and edition status.

Lost or Stolen Packages
DesPois is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend first checking with neighbors and your building management, then contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
If you believe your package was lost in transit before delivery confirmation, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your preorder. DesPois is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can accommodate address changes until the order enters the fulfillment window. Once fulfillment has begun, address changes may not be possible.
