Yes. You approve the fragrance profile, visual design, packaging design, artist messaging, and launch timeline. We execute on your vision. You have full veto power at every stage.
You retain full IP ownership of your name, brand imagery, and creative direction. You can reference the DesPois partnership in your marketing. We retain the fragrance formula and manufacturing IP.
Plan for 12 months from signing to first deliveries. We recommend signing no less than 9 months ahead of your album cycle to allow time for revisions and perfection. Rushed timelines compromise quality — and your fans deserve the best.
No hard minimum. We work with artists across all tiers. What matters is your fan engagement and their willingness to invest in exclusive experiences. We assess project fit during intake.
Revenue share is illustrative and discussed during intake based on your tier and market. Initial sales: $225/unit MSRP. Refill revenue: $160/unit (estimated 10% attach rate). Your royalty is applied per unit sold. Payments processed monthly via ACH or wire.
